My philosophy

This is not about fixing you, for the simple reason that You are not broken. It is about partnership in knowing your self-worth, and understanding what a powerful being you are…
It is about having someone in your corner, wholly dedicated to the magnificent unfolding of your one, wild, and precious life.
Think of it as a friend walking beside you, reminding you of your own strength when you forget, pointing you back to your own wisdom when you feel lost.
This transformation trilogy was born from the seasons in my life when I finally stopped running, sat with myself and realized how much I had been carrying. In that stillness I understood the story I was holding about myself, and how deeply it was shaping the way I lived, loved, worked and showed up in the world.

I RELEASE

There is a profound and often overlooked form of strength: the strength to let go.

We are all carrying invisible weights – stories from yesterday, worries about tomorrow, expectations that never fit us, emotions that have overstayed their welcome.
To say “I Release” is to conduct a gentle audit of your inner world and to consciously set down what is no longer yours to carry.

Through simple, grounding affirmations paired with gentle reflections, this book guides you toward emotional freedom; the kind that comes from honesty, from slowing down, and from giving yourself permission to stop carrying what is no longer aligned with who you are becoming.

You are not discarding pieces of your soul; you are discarding the clutter that has gathered around it… and there’s no greater freedom than letting go of that which no longer serves you.

This Book Is For You If You’re:

  1. Gently acknowledging where you are
  2. Emotionally tired and carrying more than you admit
  3. Feeling stuck, overwhelmed,  orunclear about next steps

I AM

There is a quiet strength in returning to yourself — not as a sudden arrival, but as a slow, deliberate homecoming. It is the courage to stand in what remains when everything that was never truly yours has been let go.

We spend so much of our lives collecting — roles, expectations, versions of ourselves built for other people’s eyes. But beneath all that, you know the real you exists.

Through daily, grounding declarations of “I Am,” this guide walks with you into that space of remembrance. It is not about becoming someone new, but about uncovering who has always been there; back to the you that exists beneath the doing — pure, whole, already enough.

You are not reaching for something you lack. You are returning to the essence you already are. And sometimes, coming home is the bravest journey of all.

This Book Is For You If You’re:

  1. Rebuilding after a difficult season
  2. Questioning your identity, direction or purpose
  3. Seeking the truth about your identity

I CHOOSE

We often move through our days governed by unseen scripts — old patterns, inherited reactions, the gravitational pull of others’ expectations. To say “I Choose” is to step out of the passenger seat and take the wheel. It is to move from autopilot to authorship, writing your days with intention rather than living them by default.

This is not about controlling what happens to you — the world will still spin in its own rhythm. It is about choosing how you meet it. It is the quiet but radical act of selecting the lens through which you see, feel, and move. It is the deliberate curation of your inner world.

You are not here to react. You are here to respond — consciously, courageously, from a place only you can claim. And in that space of choice, your truest life begins

This Book Is For You If You’re

  1. Ready to stop abandoning your own needs
  2. Learning to trust your desires and intuition
  3. Seeking intentionality rather than autopilot living
